Office on Demand was founded Jake Jacoby, an experienced entrepreneur and small business owner. 
The founding of Office On Demand was based on addressing four key concerns of owners and managers of small businesses.  Namely, they:

  1. Want a better way to be productive and grow their business but often don't know where to turn for help.
  2. Believe there are beneficial solutions available but managers and owners are so busy running the business, they don't really know which are right for them.
  3. Just want the solution to work so they can work. Technology should help grow the business, not be a distraction with yet another thing that needs to be managed.
  4. Need to look and act like a big company in order to compete but they need to do it on a small company budget.
